Since Power supply FAN is work                  Then Power is OK 

Since CPU               FAN is work                  Then CPU     is OK 
 
Since RAM               FAN is work                  Then RAM    is OK  
 
Since ROM                FAN is work                  Then ROM   is OK  
 
Since HDD                FAN is work                  Then HDD    is OK  
 .
.
.
.

FROM the Relation  fan-1= fan ---> true for each fan !! which based on The theory of Excess

SO BIG FAN is work             then whole Computer is OK !!
 
scientific researches try to develop S.W fan "may be by using visual pascal applet :P " to complete S.W test by the FAN THEORY !!

now the technical dream is to put the ALL FAN THEORY.

    I think the Garbage Collector is the SW Fan, When it's not found, SW might crash even it has no errors :D:D
