BioVision... Amazing as usual, open a huge horizons an meet a various wonderful scientists. It is considered as a massive dose of knowledge that promote high rates of my horizons.



With one of whom known as enlightened, I remember that the first meeting topic was Philadelphia Experiment !! which led to deep friendship .. He is Mohamed Daif . 




Great time in Hypatia's city ! which I love. One of the most beautiful places in Alexandria is Bibliotheca Alexandrina, conference main organizer.

كل الطرق تؤدي الى هناك ...

احدهم .. من الصعب ان تجد في عالمنا .. ربما في العوالم الموازية .. التي طالما كان يطرح نقاشات حولها .. احدهم مجنون بالعلوم .. مهووس بتفاصيلها ... مآساة هي ان امسك زمام الامور فتصبح اكثر تعقيدا بقدر يتناسب مع كمية وجوده !! فوجوده مكمم .. كما هي ميكانيكا الكم التي يحب ..



لقد طاردني هذا الشبح الذي اعتدت رؤياه منذ ان التحقت بالتعليم الجامعي مروراً بمشروع التخرج الذي كان احد اعمدته بكل الفخر ، حتى التقيته في دهشور حيث تبدو الشمس اكثر قربا للكوكب ! ولا يزال يطارد وكم اتمنى ان يظل .. يحدثني حديث بالقهوة ! فمحب لها ومستكثر.

احقاقا للحق فليس أحد يعرفه الا ويعرف جديدا منه .. فهو شيء نادر الحدوث ، عهدته دمث الاخلاق ، شفافا نقياٌ صريحاً.

كثيرا كنت اتفكر كيف لأمثال هذا ان يكون في هذا الزمكان فليس زمان وليس مكان !

يبتسم .. في صمت ! فالحل يسكن جيبه ليس فحسب بل وأكثر ...

لم اعتد ان اغفر دون تفكير مسبق الا ان ذلك حدث معه حيت اتصل ضاحكا وقال انا من فعل ذلك .. هل انت غاضب؟ مستاء؟ .. الاجابة انت من فعل ؟ نعم انا .. لا مطلقا.. ابدا

ان من مساوء الحياة انها تجبرنا احيانا ان نبتعد ولكم هو ثقيل على الزمكان ان نبتعد !!

بكل الحب تكتب مواقفك التي ستظل كلمة إعزاز واحترام .

ليحميك الله .. وليوفقك ال ما تحب ويرضى.

بدا سخيفا هو حديث السياسة !! بدا وكأنه مسخ !! ماذا ينتظر من ضحى بإرادة او حتى بلا ارادة !! بإدراك وبلا ادراك !!

  يحدثني ابني (وهو مشروع لم يبدأ) ان ق م هي قبل مبارك وأنها نقطة تحول لتاريخ هذا الوطن .. لما هو ب م او ما بعد مبارك !! لكني اصحح له تلك المعلومة المغلوطة وأنه لا جديد !! لاجديد فمجلس التشريع ( مع تحفظي على المستوى الديني فليس من مشرع الا الله )  يوضع على المحك بلا سلطة حقيقية !! وحكومة اراها تترنح في عهر وسكر .. بإرادة وادراك !! ومسلسل الأحداث .. وصراع  بين 
الباطل والأكثر بطلاناً ... وكما هي الاحوال تسوؤ كل مجنون وعاقل.

 لست بصدد البنية التحتية المهترئة وزمان فساد يربو على الثلاثين خريفاً  فيما هو ق م ولكني بصدد الانفتاح في الثقافة والفكر !! وأي ثقافة ؟؟ وأي فكر .. انها مبدأ الشماعات التي أكره !! وأعني ان فساد يدور .. وفساد يدور في عكس الاتجاه !! ليس الا وهو حين تلمس  أحدهم في الشوارع يعول كل خطأ على الثورة ويكأن الثورة هي تجسيد للخطيئة !!


يسوؤني والله ما يحدث ، وعار ان نحيا ثم يحدث من بعدنا بحديث زماننا فيقال الا قبح الله افعالهم الا قبح الله اقوالهم .

اللهم ابرم لهذه الأمة أمر رشد يعز فيه اهل طاعتك ويذل فيه أهل معصيتك .. اللهم آمين

IN THE SENSE OF CHAOS

As I said before... I love the chaotic systems and complex nonlinear dynamical systems. Observing the whole world and trying to find the patterns ! it is really amazing to ask yourself and even your friends like daif, osama, Eng.Hazem, and even our humanoid Snap WHAT and HOW?


I will write some topics around the chaotic behavior study, I hope it will enriching simple views to know more and more about chaos. This topic target the clarification of chaos measure, actually there are two measuring  paradigm:


1- Geometric Measuring:
- Fractal Dimension,
- Correlation dimension.


2- Dynamic Measuring:
- Lyapunov characteristic exponent,
- Kolmogorov Sinai Entropy rate.




It is pretty nice to show these 4 effective methods to measuring chaos. I advice my reader to skim the links contents and keep in mind the phase plane as efficient way to represent/study the non linearity especially chaotic systems.



- Fractal Dimension:


 _ an Attractor said to be strange if it has a non integer dimension, for chaotic attractor nearby states diverge from each other exponentially. Notice the dimensions term means the minimum number of variables which describe the system states. Lorentz attractor the famous, the most appropriate to illustrate that. Edward Lorentz counted as the father of chaos defiantly "butterfly effect".

Strict speaking Box-Counting method is ultimate method describing the fractal dimensionality for systems.Simply partition the space into boxes of equal side length R then count then minimum number of boxes N(R) which strictly contain all points of the geometric object, that can done by this relation:

In a more expanded I can add a good piece of information about fractals, definitely related to cellular automaton representation for fractals which can seen by using rule90
